Iliopetra House (The name arrives from the words “Sun” and “Stone” in greek) is a newly constructed residence complex with a shared pool situated at the Area of Karoumpatika in Corfu.

It has amazing view of 360 degrees and your sight embraces the full of green area.

Amenities

Every home consists of 1 air conditioned bedroom, equipped with cocomat beds and linens to give you a unique sleeping experience. In the bedroom you can also find a wardrobe and a smart 32” tv.

If you wish to get inspired by the scenery and cook, our kitchen is fully equipped. A microwave, a dishwasher, a sandwich maker ,a kettle, a coffee maker, a mixer, a chopper and an espresso machine can fulfill all your needs.

Enjoy your dinner in our air conditioned dining room and relax in our sofa while listening your favorite music from YouTube or Spotify.

A washing machine with a dryer, an iron with a board and a hair dryer are also available.

Relax by the pool at the chaiselongues or drink your coffee at our lounge. There are also umbrellas available to provide you shade.

Iliopetra House is just 6km away from the city of Corfu. You can find a supermarket in about 1,5km, and the nearest beach is located 4km away from home.
